We already have a list going for people who wish to participate. If you wish to be added to the list, email us as soon as possible. If you are not already a patient of mine, you must book an assessment appointment prior to starting the group.
Hello everyone! We are wrapping up our Fall curriculum this week and have planned for our winter sessions. These sessions will begin on Tuesday January 14, 2014 and run every Tuesday morning from 9:30 to 11:30 for 8 weeks. There will be no winter evening sessions. If you are interested, please email us as soon as possible to set up your pre-admission appointment as these spots are filling up fast!
MBCT groups are starting in October 2013!
Mindfulness is about developing our ability to pay attention to the present moment; just as it is. Much of our stress and pain is caused by our regrets about the past, worries about the future, or judgements about the present.
We will have daytime and evening group times available. The MBCT groups will meet for 8 weekly sessions of approximately 2 hours each at the office:
